The Brickhouse Ristorante was built on a simple idea — bring exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a memorable dining experience to the heart of Graham, Texas.

OUR STORY
Owning two restaurants in Colorado and with a deep appreciation for historic buildings, Bob Hart was intrigued when he came across an old property during a trip to Graham, Texas. Where others saw an aging structure, Bob saw possibility, a beautiful restaurant waiting to come to life.

That vision became Brickhouse Ristorante, a welcoming destination in the heart of Graham serving brick oven pizza, prime rib, Italian favorites, and craft cocktails in a space designed to bring people together. Drawing on years of experience in hospitality, Bob introduced his successful restaurant concepts to Graham while honoring the character and history of the building itself.

Since opening, Brickhouse has become a place where friends gather, families celebrate, and the community connects over great food and good company.

CRAFTED IN OUR KITCHEN
Quality begins with what we make — and how we make it.

Our pasta is made fresh, our pizzas are hand-tossed and baked in our brick oven, and our sauces and ingredients are prepared daily. From house-made gelato to thoughtfully crafted cocktails and an extensive tap selection, every detail reflects our commitment to flavor and authenticity.

Whether you’re joining us for a classic Chicken Parmigiana, a hand-stretched Margherita pizza, or our signature 56 oz Prime Rib Challenge, you can expect generous portions, bold flavor, and food made with care.

AMERICA'S LARGEST DOWNTOWN SQUARE

Graham, Texas — founded in 1872 and home to the largest downtown square in the United States — has long been a place where history and community intersect. Designed by brothers Gustavus and Edwin Graham, the expansive square was built with intention, creating a central gathering place that still defines the town today.

Shaped by frontier determination and ranching heritage, Graham became the birthplace of the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association in 1877, further cementing its deep ties to Texas history and independent spirit.

Brickhouse Ristorante proudly operates inside The Roselyn, a historic building constructed in 1905 on the east side of that iconic square. Honoring its character while bringing new life to the space, Brickhouse continues the tradition of gathering at the heart of downtown.
